Series of systems for the automatic cartoning of pillow bags or bottom square packets (short pasta and similar) in cartonbox of the size of a pallet, 1/2 pallet and 1/4 pallet. Filling of the cartonbox by progressive placing of single rows of packets by means of suctions plates fixed to a cartesian axis motion system.

Mod.1PCL90/BOX
Series of systems for the automatic cartoning of pillow bags or bottom square packets (short pasta and similar) in cartonbox of the size of a pallet, 1/2 pallet and 1/4 pallet, with the ability to cross the layers. In the filling stage, since the suction plates movements are independent and equipped by rotation movement, it is possibile to cross the layers, particularly advisable with long pasta packets. Filling of the cartonbox by progressive placing of single rows of packets by means of suctions plates fixed to a cartesian axis motion system.
Production capacity: 120 packets per minute
